Return of Reckoning

I've noticed lately, usually at the end of an intense sc, that my flak jacket buff has been removed somehow. Maybe this is a noob question, is it possible for enemy to remove FJ with an ability? I know it has been removed because I use Burn Salve at the same time and it is still active. I've been trying to keep an eye on it to see exactly when FJ is removed.

Flak Jacket is an enchantment, so Black Guard and Black Orcs can shatter it. Burn Salve is also an enchanment making it severable. I can't remember if Severing is a Stack based or Queue based though.

Awesome ty. I'll keep an eye on those nasty tanks. Also does order of buff apply? So if I put on BS first, I'll lose the less valuable buff?

I think it's a queue, i.e first one, first off, however if someone confirms that it's a stack, then first on is the last off.
