Return of Reckoning

This guy gonna have the quests available sometime in the future in order to get the one or two free level scrolls?

I could'nt care less about these myself since I think it's easy enough to level up anyway, but a friend of mine was wondering so I figured I'd ask for him.

Would be so nice... I remember those quests giving 40% of your level. Mythic made it as an option for those having trouble leveling in t2 and t3. Would be nice to have since the t3 kill quests are no longer available.

Been wondering if those were still a thing, If I recall didn't most people save them till about level 38ish as there was no upper cap on using them?

As I recall the first one was available either level 18 or 19 - One of them involved doing something related to a PQ in Nordland.
