Error when opening launcher

Hello, ive seen what u needed to do to fix this uncheck the read only for warhammer file but when i uncheck it when i look again if its unchecked its checked again it doesnt save the options can anyone help me with this please?

Can you please post a screenshot of the error log or just copy paste it?
