Return of Reckoning

Ok here's my BIG problem today i send a pm to Durin that i forgot my password of my game account after he didn't respond i send a pm to Dana 30min ago and suddenly i can't log into my Forum account????? What the actual **** just happend????

The account's are

hatesoul = game account (forgot pw and can't change it cause email got the same pw)

Chars: Hate lvl 32 rr40
Hatet lvl 32 rr40
Larife lvl 32 rr37

these are only 3 chars i put a **** of time into and i could go on.....


Mec = forum account

Tbh im not mad if i lose 400+ hours of play on my game account but why the hell can't i log into my forum account??????

And if you banned my forum account you could've said "Suck's to be you. Deal with it there's nothing we can do." :/

Your account isn't banned, all your characters still exist. We don't manually address passwords. If you forgot it, and really can't figure it out, then you need to reset it through the forums.

I didn't go "oy you have to reset my pw thanks bye"

I explained it in my pm to them and hoped for a response.

You could at least wait 24h before you rage on the forum...

Somewhere, there is the tiniest of violins playing a song of sadness that you did not get a response fast enough to prevent this post from happening.
