Return of Reckoning

What do people think of a portable mail box that can only be used in PvE? So like the Scroll to the Inevitable City it cannot be used whilst flagged for RvR. Would be quite a boon when farming for crafting mats especially if you are hidden in a remote location that takes forever to travel to. Of course it would be timed and have a, potentially long, cooldown timer.

In future when we have better Handlers for everything we will add more special items. But currently it's a mess with removing it when you get attacked or joining an PvP area.
