Return of Reckoning

I got my client to login in but when I go to character creation I can't see any of the character models or only small parts of them. I managed to click my way through and create a character to enter the game world to see what would happen but then I just get stuck on the loading screen which never loads me into the game.

Do you have anti-virus or malware applications on your PC? Have you tried to upgrade your graphics drivers? What method did you use to download the game
