Really short question right here: Does Witch Brew have the ability to crit on the RoR server?

no

Nope although because of the way crit worked if you can get over 100% it can crit.

A little bit of pointless trivia.

It also seems to have no internal cool down atm.

Are you sure about live?

Witch Brew: The damage done by this ability has been slightly increased, will now do Corporeal damage, and will be affected by the target’s resists. The damage will no longer be able to critical hit or gain benefit from stats.

yes, i know that it's supposed to not crit. And it's happened only once. But logs don't lie

WB build is pretty rare, at least it was rare on KN/KA.

In T4 if you had WB + IP that's around an average 40-50% increase in damage on WB? Would be pretty insane.
