Brigands hatchet?

I thought it was changed to a two hander in one of the changelogs to a two hander? I equipped one today and is still a one hander. Does it function as a one hander or two hander.. ( strikethrough)?

Ticket 2578 clearly states it was changed on 1/7. However... still a one hander and wonder if it functions as such.

Brigand's Hatchet still had the appearance of a 1 hander, but it's definitely flagged as a 2 hander. Model has now been altered and should be updated with the next patch to resemble a 2 hand axe.
