Thanks for responding wargrimnir can't DM you so I quick reply here I still can't log in to the account. I can't find anything related to the account in my emails and I'm sure I used one of them. Also, when I try to access the forum with my game account, which I know the username is correct, it says you have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts allowed, even after entering it only once.

I am going to lock this post as it was really intended for a specific issue we were having with email providers that is no longer an issue.

If you cannot access your account, the email that is used for that account is the key. If you lose access to the email connected to the account, then the account is lost.

We do not collect any kind of personal information that would allow us to identify you further than the email used. You can reach out to me directly and I'll take a look at the account, but generally that's the same answer I've given to people for years. Discord is the best way to reach me these days.

Both of these accounts are otherwise "active" in our system.
