Rift and EM on the other hand are in a completely different league.

The other problem I have with resetting Pounce is that if I do, it means I have to reset Wings of Heaven as well. WoH is a morale ability and if I remember correctly, morale abilities can't be reset (the cooldown stays on, even if the ability fails and attempts to reset on the server side.) This would end up making WoH unreliable.
Pounce is not working like it did on live, I'm good to assume you yourself know that but prefer not to change it.

Choppa pull did not have immunity.

Most times when we have been pulled we've just killed the puller so simple. I'd say it is a high risk ability for the ones I've met.

(Admittedly being pulled through terrain is a bug lets hope it gets fixed)

Using your same logic, a white lion retains high burst if pounce is disabled. What does a magus do if rift is disabled without being compensated for that loss? You're actually showing your full blown Order bias at this moment.

Edit: And it's quite sad because magi/eng's were the weakest classes even with lotd. Having lotd just meant you could actually "burst" people down (if they didn't pay attention).

You can say its high risk, and sure that's true in a lot of scenarios, but in some cases its extremely low risk, its all subjective if you play around what 'could' happen. Its just my opinion and a lot of people will disagree etc which is fine. But I think saying that rifting is no risk is a bit out there.

I'm guessing this mean that wings of heaven will work the same as pounce then? Looks like its gonna be fun atop the walls I guess. Then pouncing at a keep will be even stronger.. I await the posts on that one.

I did indeed troll on that thread. I've been in two minds for a long time about whether to start trying to enforce quality of discussion, and if I decide to, that will end up making me a hypocrite in retrospect. That's unavoidable.

Let me be more clear. While I disdain "l2p" "qq" etc. bullshit as irritating cancer, I do not expect that I will be able to purge all instances of low quality posting from the forum without impacting its activity. I'm sure you're aware that the degree of forum moderation required / permissible is a function of the number of users on the forum. Therefore, I'm setting out that posting cancerous rubbish specifically to defend bugs and exploits is impermissible.

I'm aware that you already posted suggestions. That doesn't invalidate that the post that I removed was, in fact, trolling. Again, I'm well aware that players who have already posted crap are going to get away with having done so, but the line has to be drawn somewhere.

DM will be fixed when I get to it on the tracker.

Nice one, but I explicitly said that if Engineer and Magus are one-dimensional, they should be buffed elsewhere instead of being allowed to keep Rift and EM. It should not be the case for any class in this game that disabling a single 13pt mastery ability kills it off, and that at least is not my fault - it's Mythic's.

(Is that a tacit admission that Magus is a more viable user of this tactic than Engineer? Because from where I'm standing, the ability exists on both sides...)

Some people here mistake the so called "qq" for complaining about rift in general.
While I just see people complaining about rift through solid objects. Which is understandable.

This was discussed prior to the t3 patch and was agreed upon being fixed before t3.
It is not working as it should right now and this is what people talk about, not rifting in open field.

Pouncing on Keep = low risk especially if you have a group with you. I really wish Pounce was mirrored but I fear the order bias will not allow it.

Frankly, I'd love to see a Pounce mirror. How about turning GTTC into a rolling Pounce?

How about on the Marauder? You could throw it on monstrosity spec so its more viable.
