I have several addons for my UI. Amethyst casting bar, Clock, Buffhead, Minimap, MoraleBG + VerticalMorale, Phantom, PotionBar, Pure(party units and enemy health bar stuff), Pure Careerbar(my health bar), Squared(warband icons), TexturedButtons (custom actionbars), TidyChat.
All of these addons u can get from the addon bundle here

It is lots of tweaking to get ui like mine.

I also really like the YakUI, but i don't know how to adjust anything. I don't like my own HP bar in the middle of the screen. And i don't know how to lock the action bar.

If you have the latest version of YakUi you can middle mouse click the Y icon which opens a settings menu. Most of it is handled by the Vectors add-on for anchoring etc.
