Why not add gear that already exists? Especially when T4 comes around there will be a variety of sets you, sooner or later, won't need anymore. Sometimes those weaker sets seem to look better though.

Then you can get them in a normal way and use them for appearance

Wasn't there a two hander staff for orcs in the starting zone for Greenskins
