hy lads my girlfrend forgot her account and password how can she get it back

I am having this issue as-well. I can log into the main website but the launcher says invalid user name/ password. any fix on this?

i can log in here but when i will to start the launcher i have the message "invalid username/password"

I am having the same issue, tried without numbers, without spaces, and also without capitalization. Still not able to get in. I use to be able to play awhile back, but now I can't for some reason.

Alrighty, this is the problem. It is not your password which is the issue. The issue is that you didn't wait long enough for the login server to realize you changed your password. Give it an hour or two after you changed your password before attempting to log in.

I'm still having this issue. Please help. I've waited two days after changing password but still can't log in to launcher.

The same here now. I changed my password and waited for a few hours. But even now I cant login.

(If you changed your Password, and this Problem Occurs, I'd assume what others have stated. That the Database simply hasn't been given enough time to Update, Store your Account Changes, and put them into affect.)

-> Just to Collect a Common "Beforehand* Knowledge can the Users Affected list When/How/Why this started happening?
*I.E. "I changed my Password and this Happened* or *I Just Created an Account and this is my Problem"*

--> I know Users have stated they "Changed their Password" in Response to this. To try and Fix the Issue. Just want to know what happened before this was a Issue.. If that makes sense. xD
