I have no problem, playing mainly in Gale + vendor. So no problem with order 15 gear

Azarael fixed the npc drop behaviour on his server already:

I say wipe and give us the lastest t2 stuff. Even if its buggy you will still have a day or two to fix everything while we level to t2. Besides we all know a wipe is coming with t2 anyways. Might as well give everyone a fresh start.

Leave cap at level 12 as it is now, because its fine and this cap was in original WHO, damn it.

"Original" caps were bad as you had little choice in which tier you play. More options for the player, more fun.
Dying is no option.

Thats what i told in my last post. I dont think many, if any, people is reading the part of temporary......................
