The level filter technically works, it just filters the wrong thing. Instead of going by minimum rank required to use the item, it looks at the item's own level. I think this should be a quite simple fix.

it isnt. its only off when not in range of another player. thats the original behaviour

I realised it in GoE with enemy players ~ 50-100 feet away. I could walk to friendly players easily.

Yes, i played one SC earlier with no collission and i just played two SCs with collission switched on.
