Do you even see rolls when you are outside the zone that is locking?

Date 3/16/2018 (same one as those guys but I am EST)
Played active healer in multiple warbands from 6 pm till lock at about 11:30 pm. I was there for the final keep take healing the lord group and getting agro - got 1000 renown, got no rolls or renown on lock. If it matters, by the time I joined it was already 3 stars on our keep. Maybe contribution after that point didn't count? No screenshot of the zone lock. I do have screenshot of the keep take but the reward there seemed fine.

After 4+ hours running with friends and killing reds and taking BOs in Shadowlands i get 0 xp, 0 rr, 0 bag.
