SM already has a mirror of that called, Blurring shock.

Imo, HB was a debuff and should stay so. So, here are some that could be fun :
a) proc an effect like BG's Crimson Death.
b) Reduce chance to defend rate of all enemy by 10-15% for Xs
c) reduce chance to crit for all enemy by 5-10% (mirror of Kneecapper but AoE)
d) reduce moral gain of all enemy by x%.
e) reduce the damage output of all enemy by 10%.
f) increase the damage taken by all enemy by 5-10% (like signal flare)


It just need to be a very strong replacement. Otherwise the class is destroyed pretty much.

What if it's something much more simple, like a 25% chance to proc something that does something like auto attack damage in spirit damage with a chance to crit? The amount of damage could be whatever it needs to be really. I guess this doesn't provide any utility for the team, but it certainly helps damage.

Not the class. The skill maybe, but definitely not the class. But yeah I agree, the replacement needs to be a strong alternative to Nature's Blade.

To keep with the spirit of the class, what about something unique revolving around absorbs?

Heaven's Blade has a 25% chance to shred any absorbs on your target, transferring those absorbs to your group members within 50ft, and steals any absorbs used on the target effected by Heaven's Blade over the next 10s, transferring them to your group and making all absorbs put on your group members in 50ft 25% more potent.

25% on direct damage to remove one blessing/enchantment on your target ?

No. Storm of C don't stack. I tested it with AM and SM a long time back.

Given the decision to implement a change was made without debate I second the notion the replacement for an offensive proc be offensive in nature.

Would agree with this. It would increase utility play of SM.

Agreed. It really would be interesting to know the genesis of the original complaint which set all of this in motion.
