the main issue is the need of a CD increase due to 100% uptime of the debuff with 2x slayer group if coordinated properly. Not its ease of use.

Nah, the CD is fine, its can be group-cleansed, unlike the Bad Gas.

also
shatter limbs will be undefitable(rampage) in t4 bad gass never will.

Undefitable? You surely mean undefeatable or undefendable, it's already both in t3 right now

yes undefendable...
I tough ppl would prefer take ID instead but seems rampage so op (or hd<---> rampage swap was reverted idk and idc,)

Instead? You can take
both, only thing is missing is Deep Wound. It's the first time I've ever heard about any swaps, aside from SM/BO/SW.

wasn't in t2 a swap for choppa/slayer for heal debuff to make them have it in t2?

why wl use punce all time because with server lag when u use punce 1 time to leap to your target he is moving 20 feet away noone of wl abilities has so far to harm enemy so gain need use punce and again and again. neverending frogjump . isnt it better mara pull in to him closer? and he can stay safty?
for me give punce 5 sec cd and its knock down target for 3 sec. frog jumping solved.
slayer have shatered limbs chopper also have shatered limbs (tired already) just give it like aoe .
byt slayer cant pull in noone byt chopper can pull in easely. also chopper look more delicious than naked slayer. knock down for we/wh i give 2 sec because , not all ppl can press detount after knock down and survive. witcbrew already hit like ram + armor bypass why that class ever need knockdown? most witch elf finishers is 30 feet.

for tanks bg have longest knockdown. has farest kick away. what they whant more? maby change challinge to aoe detount if u use tactic focused offense? (for all tanks)

about tanks i was serious if they whant play as mdps , lets give chance. also tank supusto stop enemy for hiting his cloth armored troops so tank is fine with staggers
