It would have been fine if it worked off Hot ticks...maybe.
Possibly. not sure on the heal value but i can remember using breath of mork in city seiges on live because it was a set heal value unaffected by heal debuffs, pass it on being alot worse(kinda similar) but having it proc of hots could be an interesting change at which point am's could benefit from the tactic should sham/am be looked at.

shamans cant be catch at 6v6, it is almost impossible to stop their kite /there are one-two exeptions/ so at that limited environment their survavibility make them much better than zealots. Healing numbers are not so important at such scale so all zealots benefits are not so important, one dok could do better even without them.
on top of that shamans bring ap leech which can punish enemy dps quite alot, aoe slow to control the flow of the battle and insta ress that could be the difference between the wipe and the win. These things are much more valuable than some heal increase that is quite meh when the dmg is focused
been there, done that. My group on live was picking shaman over zealot every single time. So yea
Fair enough, cant say i agree with you but each to there own. Catching a shaman isnt that difficult if you can time your skills/CC correctly.

This was also on live where Knights would make your focus healing irrelevant, so I question the quality of Namless' opponent and the composition of their 6 man.
I do like Nameless' Restro Burst edit. I don't know if it would be too powerful at that point...

There is nothin in this game that procs of anything over time afaik, i am sure every proc requires a direct cast to work.
So what you are suggesting is not feasible i am afraid.

I am not sure about that, on live Bleed em out could trigger procs on ticks. I was really happy when I found this out (due to DF/WF procs).
There is also bug reports of BWs taking backlash from ticks as well. I think it can be implemented but you have to trigger it on the ability not the tactic (I think anyway)

You are right but that tactic is so specific, just one skill, not every single one.
So i guess the code its there, now we just need to know if it can be changed to let every hot tick do a proc or its just ssome really weirdly coded exception.

I was thinking the same, that i was sure some dot did inded make a proc, specifically a choppa one.
Iirc no hot whasoever procs wild healing, you cannot get funnel essence or FT/FoR of any dot damage.
And to be honest, ap recover on hots would be broken as ****, doesnt take much to figure that one out.

Sulorie loves to argue just to argue it seems. There are many builds that are viable and yours is not optimal, in my opinion. Heal debuff is always welcomed even if it's trash like that shamans. Toughness debuff is not really good when you have aura debuffing about half. Tactic for 100 toughness debuff is not really worth it. It takes off morale of 1 person as opposed to giving your team a morale booster. If I felt like I needed to kite more I'd pick up Run Away instead of divine fury because I don't think SHaman does enough DPS to be giving up so much healing and kiting for 20% damage increase.

Could give it an internal cooldown to control the number of procs.

um wild healing proc on heal. old sov proc was 50 ap on heal. There are not so few procs on heal /aka on hots also/ but nothing at shaman tools.
Restro burst procing on heal wont be OP cos you still got 3 sec to gain the ap so u got hidden cd. Not to mention that i cant see how casting one gheal and having 6 chances to proc the ap is worse than keeping hots to proc it
1 g heal = 6 checks to proc it NOW
1 hot = 4/5 checks to proc it over time (9/15 sec)
Gheal proc is so good that everything else is just decent at best...
