Well you are pushing the game to become an mmorpg variant of LoL by implementiong soloQ. And its not the minority that kills the game, its the majority that wants to have easy fun time by essentially removing depth, discouraging cooperation and progression from one MMO to another. Stop penalising those of us who put effort into trying to excel at the game. If you solo queue/want everything to be handed to you on a silver plate, you can jog on and play a FPS/single player RPG as far as I'm concerned.
I'm with Bretin when it comes to kills vs objectives. In maps such as Reikland Factory, there is too much PvE and we more often than not focus on getting kills rather than capturing the flags as this is just boring imo. For us, the win is decided by the most kills - not the people that run around capturing BOs. But to each their own. Some sort of deathmatch scenario would be awesome.
2. Including yourself in the "elite" community doesn't make your opinion worth more. It just makes you look like a tool and a bit silly.
3. I agree with most of your post but I do believe pug v premade interaction should be limited in some way. Druins suggestion is along the right lines.
I'm sorry but someone who only solos and constantly whines about people who play the game in groups simply because they can't use their initiative to make a group themselves doesn't really have a say in this issue pertaining to scenarios - aka GROUP pvp.
If you play war, you play for the pvp. You want good pvp. If premades - examples of competitive players who want to excel - are ruining pvp by raising the calibre, then this isn't your game.
Seriously don't understand some people.

Increase the rewards for premade teams to such an extent that not joining or creating a premade is almost a sin and then attach those rewards to 6v6 team joined scens only.

This will increase your rag tag bunch of pugs who are teetering on the idea of roflstomping into a full blown renaissance of teens shouting into teamspeak at each other like any of this actually mattered.
This won't solve your population issue but it will increase the amount of people joining together and actually being sociable with eachother and not just being a bunch of windowlicking complainers.

I put this word in quotes because I don't understand how camping the enemy wc each scene can be fun for anyone? There in no competition, no challenge and even no profit because most premaders are 32/40. You go for each scene knowing it's going to be an easy and boring win, totally the same as the last 10 scenes.
It's the main reason why I don't play premades. It's not a problem for a kotbs to find a premade, I just don't find such pastime entertaining.

If this is your stance why are you so anti finding a solution that better pits premades against premades? I'm not sure splitting the queues is the solution as already mentioned elsewhere, but if your statement really IS the prevailing point of view of premade-only players, why not help look for solutions rather than trying to shut people down?peterthepan3 wrote: If you play war, you play for the pvp. I seem to remember when Eternal Citadel was on it was pretty much back-to-back premades and a LOT of fun, perhaps throwing that back into the rotation would ease the strain on the 12v12 queues?

The thing is you're actually being an etilist prick right now peterpan. Playstyle is subjective and NOT absolute. No one is penalizing competitive play here, they are simply suggesting it should be limited which is NOT the same as the word "eliminating". The casual crowd will always be bigger than the competitive crowd, so they should also be taken into consideration. How many premades are running when the server reaches capacity? Only a handful. How would you like it if someone told you guys you have no choice but to fight Gankbus/Enigma, and if you can't win well then you need to stop playing this game and find another one. Sounds like a total asshole comment doesn't it? Look at this thread and you'll see who the "forum pvpers" are. The worst comment I read so far is the "survival of the fittest" analogy, uh it's a game what the hell is wrong with some of you.

The fact that you think people make premades deliberately to stomp pugs at WC is funny. Most are actually looking for challenge. Our group will just leave pugs if it turns into a wc farm. It ain't fun for anyone.
People don't use ts, get groups with complementary classes and buy best pots to farm pugs at WC.
I am all for prem vs prem! I have said that before. However my issue was with pops as they would be quite slow I imagine, and therefore I proposed increased emblem gain. It seems fair due to how intense a good 6v6 can be. Why should pugs get the same for no effort whatsoever? That is my only issue.

Sure, everyone is entitled to play how they want: just don't expect the same rewards as the guy who puts effort into his game, is all I'm saying. Are my comments really that ambiguous?
