if you play as a engi/magus and you are the one who got problems with cc then you are doing something wrong.

Claiming other archetypes have access to more CC doesn't make the problem at hand go away. We are talking about whether or not an instant cast rank 1 morale with a 65ft range that roots the player for 10 seconds on ANY class, especially a melee dps, is justifiable (or in other words, overpowered).

I agree, the morale is op for both sides. Reducing the range to 5ft would be ok.
