That worked, thank you very much. I still have errors though when trying to launch it.

"Error starting: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'C:\Users\name\Desktop\WarhammerOnlineTrial\WAR.exe'.
File name: 'C:\Users\name\Desktop\WarhammerOnlineTrial\WAR.exe'
at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
at System.IO.FileStream.Init(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, Int32 rights, Boolean useRights, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, FileOptions options, SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES secAttrs, String msgPath, Boolean bFromProxy, Boolean useLongPath, Boolean checkHost)
at System.IO.FileStream..ctor(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access)
at RoRLauncher.Hash.GetMd5HashFromFile(String fileName)
at RoRLauncher.Client.patchExe()
at RoRLauncher.Client.Handle(PacketIn packet)"

So, like I said earlier, I right clicked on the folder, clicked the "read only" off and after I click apply & okay it just goes straight back to "read only" clicked back on.

Make sure the RoR launcher is in the same folder as the game contents.

You need to remove read only from the warhammer game folder. Right click the folder > properties > uncheck "read only" > OK. You can then log in.

That sounds like a file permission problem. Could you check if the group or user you run the game as has access to the files? Right click the warhammer folder -> Permissions -> Security

It is in the same folder as everything else.

Edit:

So, turns out I have a "RoR launcher" inside of the "Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning" folder inside of my "WarhammerOnlineTrial" folder and I just needed to click on that one and it works, lol. Thanks for all the help, just me making errors I guess.
