How many crit chance can the BW stack? 50%+ ? ...hmm....

A few comments about the Chosen tactic,

While at first glance it seems EXTREMELY stat-effient, I can see how a premade 24man stack would want to have a couple of these tactics slotted in their lineup. And then spec into a more durable role for being easier to crit with less futilestrikes on these chosens. That is fairly easy to manage and deligate.
On endgame offensive Sove gear you get a set bonus with 6%critchance for yourself as the highest flat critchance you can equip.

A Tactic slot at lvl 40 gives 160 mainstat. A two piece mainstat bonus on BiS sove gear gives 80mainstat (50% of the tactic)

Now if a sove setbonus can give 6%critchance, how on earth do we end up with four times higher debuff value of crit?!
In other words a player would need 4 x 6piece sove bonus critchance to get the value back, from one tactic slot debuff value. I absolutely suck with the numberpart of testing but even on paper this seem so overtuned. Without even calculating how many curses are flying around to mask this debuff.

An other way to put it into perspective, I assume most slayers are around 30% critchance +-. This debuff would strip them down to 5%. A monstro mara build would strive to get 50%critchance, and this tactic alone would reduce a critchance-stacking build to half? too potent.

Now if we look at Chosen's role on Live,his role was to reduce outgoing damage from order. With CS, and rushing to get middletree M4 in a defensive morale routation between him and Dok. Tgat role has been long lost, and if this is an attempt on bringing it back I think that is the correct idea, but it needs to be implimented with an other approach.

Critdamage, and how Mythic tried to deal with it on Live shows how careful you need to tread these waters when you try to tackle classes based around critdamage (Sorc/Bw) and classes with critdamage tactics (choppa etc)
A raw damage reduction debuff, ap cost increase, buildtimer increase (sure destro already have them) but there are other ways to make Chosen get his identity and role back and no longer just being a guard/aura bot.

As soon as Order get close to 50% win rate on City they get a flat out 25% crit debuff Might as well not bother putting anything into Crit on any mdps on Order side at all any more as its very difficult to go over 25% anyway, my Slayer and WL crit is about 15%, so the Destro melee ball can Crit while the Order one cant? mmmmm balanced . I guess Jagged Edge is out as a tactic also and every other tactic which procs off a Crit. this is insane even 10% would be a massive faction buff

Most Slayers aren't anywhere near 30% Crit, even the rr85+ ones here are unlikely to be that high, more like 15%

Running full possible crit build on my WE (2x sent, 5 sov, 2x vanq, 4% crit sent talisman, 2% crit ranked event slot) I hit 40% crit - 45% if I would use liniment...

And this would be the highest base crit (not counting career mechanics, debuffs etc) you can get on a character...

I'd just spec a WH to full melee power and ignore crit if I had to fight any Chosens ever lol

Its the chance to critically hit when attacking which is reduced, not your chance to receive critical damage

I got 53% on SW, and thats without even bothering with Sentinel. Around 65% in case of "baby" BW in Onslaught.
Add to it +5% from DT and +10% from OS, assuming not playing with random pugs... so it would be 63% for SW and 80% in case of BW, reducing it by 25% won't hurt as much...
