How up to-date is this?
Somewhat, though I'd say generally now the BW spam meta is replaced with slayer and white lion spam meta. Ideal comp per WB is at least 4 KOTBS, 4 WP, 2-3 RP, 1-2 AM's, 1-4 SM's (depends on how many AM's you got for winds), 1-4 IB depending on how many slayers you got (slayers deal a ton of damage to their guard, so the strongest tanks are used), 2-4 slayers for AOE pressure, 1-2 WL for ST group if you have it or if you just want more ST damage, 1-2 BW's.
BW AOE is still nuclear, but it relies on overwhelming a WB's healing over a few seconds. Slayers can nerf healers and then channel their damage. Nearly as much bomb damage as a BW but fewer heals.
You can infer from that current meta for the strongest/most useful classes in WB play.
