You can use two Rams at the same time and have an extra vault in your storage.

The game server got upgraded so it doesn't crash, and maybe we can do memory profiling eventually.

Let's assume server had 32 GB RAM and 512 TB storage capacity. Doubling means multiplying these values by two. I hope you can figure out the rest.

i can see the conc and sub gear only dropping for 40s but really the gen gear not dropping untill rank 40? if the gear can be used at rank 36 why the block? Unless, i can see, gen gear being beefed up to min rank 40 for equip.
Also another question, say i am lvl 27 and solo kill a 40/4+ enemy, would i get a conc med or a solder med for instance. If its the case of getting a solder or lvl equiv med then there would be no incentive to lvl via rvr. Granted that would diminish the amount of lowbies in the lakes, but it would also mean less 40s that are experienced with the lakes, and also stop folks from making alts i guess in a way, well for those that like lvling in the rvr lakes.
it was nice having most conc and both sub gear as soon as i hit 40, but those days are gone, no biggy, it just seems like it punishes those of us that enjoy lvling in the lakes rather then pve grind.

Seeing as it was a rather comprehensive and complicated change in one batch, it was perhaps not an issue that came to mind as it was being reworked, and by bringing it to light in a tactful and helpful manner it may be looked at.

Forgive me if its been asked but with the limit now on bags for locks is the number of bags available proportional to the number of people in the zone at that time?

Bags are entirely independent of people in the zone. Your contribution gives you a factor that modifies the roll you make. Your roll needs to be quite high to win anything. Every bag that you don't win adds to your bonus the next time you roll on a bag.
The roll part is RNG, but the bonus is cumulative, so you will eventually win a bag.
