I believe it because the players simply don't know how other classes work, even how archetypes work.

Of course, this doesn't mean that you should be able to lvl 10 characters to 40 in a week. But to lvl a couple to t4 in a reasonable time means people will know more about them. This increases the learning curve a bit, but in the end it would pay off I think.
You can level to 40 in a week already.........

Looks like pet name is still bugged. think the new system runs a check on faulty name and auto takes away the right to rename the pet.

The 5 lvl difference now really hurts! Please remove it. Why dont you support playing in a group? Never understood the idea behind penetrate if you are in a group. Everyone should get the same amount of XP.
Farming ruin is now really hard to make a party. You do not support with this changes if someone is leveling a healer for example. Why is it problem if a bigger char go and kill things for you and you simply heal him.

Why is 5 levels an issue?

how?

I switch between alts to get rested bonus, so I can“t really measure the time, but 4 weeks (or more) seems more realistic for me.

Found this on my Slayer doing the T2 epic quests, leveled too damn fast.

If you ignore pvp and do quests and PQ's, you'll level very quickly. Especialy if you do rvr just enough to meet the basic green rvr gear requirments as you level.

Obviously depends on class, Slayers are great for aoe grinding.

I'm leveling in rvr on my WH, much slower but more rewards for endgame.

Fact is, all you need is the fortitude to ignore the boredom to power level then do rvr to build renown up.

People want easy powerleveling in a game that is already teally easy to level in.

With the way of the current RvR system if you want to play with friends of lvl 40, it is still most optimal to first go RvR through whole of tier 1. Then you reach lvl 17 and you can either be a liability for your group or lvl up to 35-37, do Ruin, Beastlord and Epic quests to become usefull. As now the tiers 2-3 are actually played in RvR I dont see what makes the hate of powerlvling necesarry. The majority play the game for the RvR and Scenarios, not to go through all the quests. And RvR seems in a pretty good place atm, especially considering the main catalyst, the city sieges, arent even in yet.

well we already have the +25%RR buff that can be purchased. Maybe to ease up on all this xp hate (which im totally for btw, finally got a buddy of mine to join the game and its been brutal trying to get him out of tier1) would it be possible to add the item from live, the book or something i cant really remember exactly what is was, where when worn it gives you 25% more xp?

I have to agree with Fallen leveling is quick if you ignore RR/Medals/tokens/etc It is the struggle to keep your RR and currency levels good that ultimately will slow most ppl down. My Engie could have been 40 a month ago if i didn't insist on being RR 40 and have a adequate amount currency 1st.
