Let's talk: what would make YOU want to group?

A reason to heal people in other groups inside of warbands instead of doing dps so you can actually get renown and drops. A reason to support other warbands and players by healing instead of doing dps.

Really though, why bother.... better to solo dps on a healer than it is to heal anything in any situation.

Of course there is the rare scenario where you are in a warband and grouped with competent dps that makes it worth your while to heal. However most people don't balance groups or show any concern about their healers getting fair return ....until they die and complain about no heals.
