Probably the best post there has been on this board in a long time.

Seems you both compromised and have reached common ground. Just get that Moderator there, bring back Tein and give cake to all! \o/ Happy days.

You know, I was surprised after blocked teinhala, I personally read the chat when Alena wrote that to play the character for the white lion is impossible, since it severely weakened!! and you believe that the moderator meets the requirements and conditions ? to be honest, I've played with teinhala on the Euro server, and I'm sure he couldn't break ingame rules, and if there is evidence of a breach then show them! sorry for the text , wrote through a translator.

Glorious! But, that's not how evidence works. :)

My GM's file their paperwork, include evidence for the ban, and inform the player of their transgression and punishment. During an appeal, I check the paperwork, review the evidence, and listen to player testimony as to why their appeal in unjust. If they make a good case, the appeal is lifted. If they walk into the appeal admitting they did the thing, well, they did the thing. That's pretty easy to handle... most of the time.

I understand that the rules are the same for all, BUT you need to reconsider, and to hear what you write about this moderator as Alena. Thanks in advance!

Makes it sound as if that applied to every ban in the past, which is not the case, some bans were a matter of opinion.
For example banning for a ddos prediction, which turned out to come true.
With the currently provided evidence this seems like one of the matter of opinion bans. Ofc GM opinions count more, yet GMs are not all the same and there might be personal bias too. Can we get more information on the grudge towards the russian GM? I mean when some individuals claim that he is hated amongst the russian community that doesnt need to be true.
