Hmm try Just gork. You need da whaag is comming is youre highest dmg spell and a must have for a burst Rotation. But at lev 32 try heal spec to lev 40/40 farm full merc and than run dps before you are useless in t4

And items full merc and sc weapon
Best in slot is 4 Dominator parts + merc Helm and schoulders + full genesis
Or full domition for soloing.

Currently trying dps shamman in t3. Some ppl say shamman get 3rd dot here in RoR, but I cant find any information on forum. Can someone explain, which sklil is that, on wha level you get it and if its available only with experimental mode or witout?
