Well if the intention of the changes is to just discourage funneling, making the debuff work only around the keep would be the best option imo.
Also, situations where you are getting AOO and the debuff simultaneously are quite a no no, even if its not outright removing the debuff if you dont have AOO, at least make it scale down with how much AOO you have, there cannot be a fight where you both have 100%+ aoo and a 150% damage debuff, may as well not show up on the lake at all if thats the case.

As a little bit of feedback on the new system.
I don't think the concept is bad, and I somewhat agree with the direction you are going with the changes, but currently I feel the damage buff is way too high.
A maximum of 10 or 15% could be function but as it stands when the debuff gets large, it creates a very dissatisfying environment, where there is a lot of one shotting, and where balanced or semi balanced fights suddenly become one sided.
If you don't mind a constructive suggestion, maybe the damage buff could be brought down to 5-15%, and maybe only centralized around the keeps.

BO's cant be ignored now! with the damage bonus it forces players to take control of the entire RVR zone instead of players just defending keeps !
This will help 6man stop roaming as much looking for pugs to kill , but it hurts solo play !
The +100% damage buff seems insanely overboard ! A 10 % damage bonus for each BO objective captured maybe more realistic!

I think this just gives the already superior side a very good reason to continue being superior. If a damage debuff is the way you wanna go, I suggest give damage debuff to superior side depending of how high percentage they overpopulate one zone. Eg. 100% superiority gives a 50%to damage debuff. Easier to handle.

I highly recommend doing the math again instead of making up numbers. If that ever happens, this new system is the least of this game's problems.
To everyone, I understand that you might not like the system and might want to argue against it. That is completely okay, but for the love of god, use realistic numbers. Making up hyperbolic numbers for the sake of being dramatic misrepresents the system to people who genuinely cannot understand it, and does a major disservice to everyone. If you come in here and make well-thought-out and logically sound points, with realistic scenarios, they will absolutely be listened to. There is no need to pull numbers out of your ass to demonize the system or galvanize a change.
That is exactly what this system does. I might have misunderstood, but just before I quit this evening I think destro had a 151%...Then again I probably missed something (like 151 actually being 51?). Still, to me having a lot of aao and at the same time they have an extra 51 damage. It just doesnt make sense and I just cant, from a pug perspective, understand how this will make order pugs play more offensive...Call me a naysayer but I think you got it wrong here. I am a pug and I will NOT go out to attack bo's if I know the already superiod destro have extra damage on me
I just wont do that. Id rather change zone until all are gone and then log off (as I dont have destro toons so cant xrealm)
