Let's be honest - i seriously doubt many are trying to trick the system. The d-bags resorting to that kind of behavior are the same d-bags that would crash client to avoid death or slurp **** cheese from other d-bags. Basically - a non-issue for the most of the community.

It was just an example; in T4 it would be a little more complex.

For AM, i would go like this: "did he spec Wild Healing? he is a healer. He did not? He is DPS".

And something similar for all healers. Use those skills/tactics that define the spec and decide the role based on that.

Thhe problem with it is that what we believe is the meta and what people thinks are totally different things, logic doesnt work with some people. What for us is class defining for others is just another skill.

Remember when all healers would go OOG because they gained renown MUCH faster than the other classes? I can totally see DPS healers trying to trick the system, specially when they are still building their Duelist sets (DPS sets) and need to farm a lot of emblems.

I guess I'm not following. If you trick the system as a dps healer... you will have no heals in the sc. This will lessen your chance for your team to win by 500 points which is the best way to maximize sc emblems to buy duelist set. I think que'ing as actual dps healer when one, increases your chance to win as you get an actual healer in sc.

If you mean solely they will get faster pops - I guess. I honestly have not noticed a significant increase in sc que times since any que manager change.

You know...this healer DPS queue thing might explain the general awfulness that is solo queueing.

Lots of players are probably out there grinding/questing while they wait for SC's to pop so they will be slotting DF. They decide to queue up while questing and are then put in as a DPS despite their intent to heal in the actual SC.

Queue pops and you look around and see 3-6 healer classes. All of them proceed to switch to heals and now we have no DPS.

Meanwhile somewhere out there is an SC who was just denied some of those healers because they were tagged as DPS. I'm sure they would have gladly taken 1-2 of ours in their match.

The amount of healers who are killing mobs between scs with divine fury is much lower than you assume.

They are just dps healers.

The amount of healers solo queuing is much lower than you assume. The pool is already small to work with, at least in NA. I dunno maybe you play in EU primetime and this isn't an issue but for NA it is.
