Client download issues and troubleshooting

My friend downloaded the game and client...When he starts the client and log in hes got a black scrn. u guys know what to do?

Tell your friend to try "Alt+enter" after he/she loads the game, and is presented with the black screen.

If that doesn't work. Tell he/she to come onto the forum and explain what happens, including relevant information like, what OS, and if he/she followed the guide/steps: Ensuring all extensions are up to date, including graphics drivers.

he have win 7 and all adrivers are up tp date. and this is what launcer says:¨

That message is to tell you to check the error log. This can be found inside the game folder, named "Return of Reckoning error log".

Post the contents of it.

now theres no error message but he still got black scrn, he never gets in the game

Did he/she try alt+enter when in game (switch between windowed and fullscreen).

yeah and he dowloaded the utorrent thing

ok he can try the other and we see if he manage to fix it under the night its kinda late here
