I think, the main point of author post is Willpower debuff.
And 2 WOP/BB can reduce your WP to zero - somekind of outgoing heal debuff.

Finally something to talk about
, if we have HoTs stack, DMG from dots and BB/WoP need to stack, but dont think is good to have willpower debuff to stuck or maybe it is?
