Yeh. That's right. I recall now that an IB in offensive warpforged could have their Initiative debuffed from a base value of 173 down to 13. That was an increase in base chance to be crit from 23% up to 303%. That's a good debuff!

With regard to Werit's post, the proposed Wound's buff/debuff for Phantom Blade was a minimum of 90 (at level 40), increasing by 3 for each mastery level in Vaul. The link is to a ss of me testing it on the test server with 1 and then 14 mastery levels. The heal value was 10 times the value of the Wounds buff.

From memory, the proposed additional armor debuff for Heaven's Blade had a value that was a couple hundred points less than the Shadow Warrior's armor debuff at level 40.
That is some really good info mate. You happen to have any other (maybe even estimated) values of the other blade enchants that were to be changed in 1.4.9?

They discuss the stat stealing from "nature's blade", particuarly the intiative stat, not the resistance debuff from "heaven's blade".

Does someone tried this kind of build as khaine or wp. healer deva set with empire inf belt for crit heal and t2 inf cloak with reduction chance to be crit. Rat event ring with reduc chance to be crit too. Sc weap with reduce armor pen/chace to be crit. 3 pvp jewel with toughness and init. Crit heal chalice.

2 armor. 2 init. 4 tough for talis slot

Crit heal rank 2. And reduc chance to be crit lvl 2
Toughness 4. For rank abilities

for
630 willpower 9% crit chance
350 toughness / 220 init 2.5% chance to be crit hit.
65%+ armor

using tactic that proc a self ward for healing others
not using detaunt ae tactic yet

I never take any crit. That mean all damage incom greatly reduce. And for no crit damage, i use toughness and armor
What do you think about.

All i can see atm are full willpwer dok. They are killed so easily by any slayer/w.hunter

In this game, people are dying not because the healers has little willpower.

Does Futile Strikes work here at all? I thought is was the same for the Trivial Blows. I really dont think either should.

They do, and why exactly shouldn't they?

Care to back that up? I can do the same thing: "I stack wounds on my shaman and never die but I heal the same if not more than healers who stack willpower because they're too busy running back from spawn"
