Endu 477 aucun debuff j'etais en train de back en arriere quand j'ai pris la flèche a mi presque mi life car sa fleche passe a travers toutes les resistances et sous m2 j'ai deja pris une 4950 .

Donc dans le *** les GF maintenant c'est que 50% des resist et ça evitera des pots ou a tous les autres en armure legere ou normale de se faire os.

Donc parfait le nerf !

tu sais big, j'ai 711 unbuff en endu et je surcap ma spirit et pourtant je prends des tick de 1800 par des sort instant de soso ... c 'est donc largement superieur au GF :)
perso je rage des fois mais de la a demander des changements d'équilibre ...

Also, one-shots by FA are possible in T2, but not in T3. In T3 target must be wounded or seriously lack in gear and have no guard. And in T4 dreaded 9k crits are possible only with rare LoTD tallics.

No.

Magus/Engi should have a stronger stagger, given their ****-tier status. KOTBS/Chosen are already God's chosen children, so let the red-headed step children have some time in the sun too.

To all those complaining that the devs aren't being 'consistent' with their 'no changes prior to T4': what, exactly, is wrong with these changes? They are benefiting the game as a whole, nerfing an OP ability, and helping two UP classes out a little bit so that engi/magi may try specs other than rift - which, consequently, will help YOU guys because you won't be getting rifted so much.

??!??!

people have posted threads and screenshots showing that Festerbomb is hitting for 4k+ and 1 shotting people in T3

as others have posted this only reduces its overall dmg by 20%

As TenTon has already said; these proposed changes were already discussed in detail (the Magi/Engi changes had several threads, all of which stretched from several pages up to 10+).
They have not been implemented prematurely, and - as per the first page - are subject to review.

Oui enfin les squigs envoient pas des fleches a 4000 sous M2 hein !

C'est sur les flamby me mettent des 1900 en critik sans debuff endu juste en me debuffant ma resist corpo parfois sur sang bouillonnant (avec tactique) + le reste quand ils sont en full combu mais des 4950 en une bolt jamais . Avec tous les reports qu'il y a eu je trouve ça normal quand je joue sur mon PG et que je vois des cibles être atomisée sur une flèche je trouve ça un peu n'importe quoi. Quand tu as 3-4 GF dans un BG si tu as pas de tank pour push back c'est free kills .En T3 tu peux rien faire sans un lvl de renommé (reduc critik et chance d'etre critik) et puis toutes les classes ne mettent pas de points la dedans.Donc si les devs ont eu une discussion en interne c'est que cela était nécessaire mais bon au lieu de prendre des 4000 on prendra que des 2000 instant comme certains flamby sur sang bouillonnant =) !

De toute façon l'avenir du GF c'est la spé assaut =) !

Artic Blast is 2 sec cast, 10 secs CD. Whiterin Heat is in proper mastery tree, without ANY cast due is a channel and the first tick snares for 3 secs. kkthxbye.
