i want to point out that in the shut yer face videos hes a rr100 with a full glass cannon build because hes got rr100 gear, spamming potions vs baddies who are obviously lower rr than him and are not even detunting

basically its like every other WAR "frag video"

take it with a grain of salt as we wont even have rr1oo stuff here

Is it all level and gear that matters? I mean if a dumb person with a good gear can kill things or survive by spamming 11111 ?
Im asking because last game i left was just like that. Which is, ESO. (actually it became like that after recent updates /sigh)

The thing is, WAR is a gear driven game so yes gear and levels do make a noticeable difference, for example; on my choppa i would never ever be able to kill solo a tank the same level as me but i have been able solo kill a level 22-23 tank in scs when i was 26

Now to say that WAR "dosnt require skill" isnt entirely true but to say that any one particular class has a "huge" skill ceiling woudnt necessarily be true either though some game mechanics like stance dancing take some effort to get good at in order to play the class effectively

The renown rank expansion was basically ptw in a way as you needed to buy it to go from rr80 to rr100 which gave you access to the rr100 armor that made some classes crazy strong due set procs and what not, combine that with all the pocket items and other nonsense that comae from the land of the dead expansion that completely out classed and replaced the stuff other slot equivalents made T4 kinda a mess

I am not a great WAR player. I am fairly casual. Doing vids for fun. And I don't think I ever lost 1v1 against a melee on live, maybe except Desintegrator's 100 dok. And I was 70-80 vs RR95+.

No SW should lose to any class 1v1 with = gear/renown.

As OP class go, SW is near or at the top. Glass canon scout spec in a group is a strong Rdps, close to BW/sorc (spammable heal debuff, +1s Eagle eyes that crit for 2000-2500 in good T4 gear, great mobility + range KD).

Solo, they may be the best class (2 KD, incredible defense in assault spec vs melee and SH, capable to escape tricky situation with self punt + resolute defense and cleansing wind), only vulnerable against a good shaman.

Wouldn't be for AM and WL, SH would be as OP :p
