Even tank balance is considered as complete, these archetypes needs some love and buffs.

I think they are both very good, but they have TOO MANY SKILLS which keeps me from playing them more often.

I think it´s not only about too many skills. It´s combination of too many skills to press, building/spending grudges mechanic and lack of toolkit that other tanks offer by much easier way (Kobs and chosen by passive way).
