It doesn't work when there's a cool down on a skill. It won't progress to the next skill

I found that it worked for cooldown but not for lack-of-special-abilities. eg. On my sorc, it wouldn't skip past skills that were disabled due to lack of dark magic when I was out of dark magic. Which is lame. The desired functionality is the equivalent of pressing all the specified skill buttons in order until one fires - or even just all of them, since after the first one fires, the rest will be on gcd. I think that is what most people would consider a 'sequencer'.
