It appears to be a real challenge to grasp some basic math.
A nerf of 20% bonus damage is not translated into a flat 20% damage nerf. Furthermore the damage nerf of <14%> is only applied at max stacks of 8.
The less stacks you pick as baseline, the lower the nerf becomes.
At 5 stacks we talk about 3-4% nerf.

Either way how you agree or disagree with that patch, use proper math and correct wording in your arguments.
