eventually WILL BE looked at. Obviously no side is so OP that it needs heavy nerfing or buffing, but DoK m2 and Mara spring to mind when it comes to eventual balancing changes further down the line. As soon as client control will be achieved, the balancing might get mad, so hold on to your pants. 8-)

People also like to overlook the fact that order has next to no wounds debuffs. Order being able to dish out a bit more damage in that light makes sense balance wise, although number adjustments might have to be kept in mind. It's not perfect by any means. Also, engineer M2 does not do double damage since ages anymore, it's another thing that has been dealt with.

It's funny how people talk down order as being whiney, when everybody who's played more than two days on this server knows how
quickly destro advice can turn into baby rage mode. The best screenshots I ever made on here where from destro advice chat :lol:

ooooh no first i play order too second i never sad with one Word that order is overpowered. If you can Find that plt quote it. And btw i love engi role play keep that in mind my alle. Just Cant Hear dat des is OP whine blah blah followed by Thing they arent true. Same from The other side

Not hating on you, just trying to keep it civil, mate. This thread devolved into order bashing, so I pulled the plug! ;)

While you didn't state that order is OP, you called some possible destro problems "good tactics" without a second thought. Gave me a chuckle, however, so all good.

Order is basically always down with their total HP pool in Orvr thanks to all the easily available AoE wounds debuffs flying around, which can be a difference in a game that lives from burst/dealing unhealable damage. Less wounds = less damage needs to be applied for a kill. Just to be thourough: 2H kotbs have an aoe wounds debuff, but it's definately an out of meta pick.

More so than balance for order v destro however, what bugs me most is the bad destro in-faction balance (i.e. among their own classes). BG suffers a lot, from jack-of-all-trades Mara aswell as from their morale pumping tank friends, and DoK hurts shaman/zeal more so than WP hurts AM/RP because DoK has just that bit more desirable utility that pushes him over the edge (M2 cleanse a trillion debuffs at the time, anybody? :P )

Not everything should be seen as a flat out nerf. Sometimes adjusting can also benefit one's own faction. The day the magus can be
a decent 6v6 meta pick will be a good day. 8-)

Well talking about balance would be cool If all would talk konstruktiv But every Single time order Call des OP destru Call order OP. Thats sensless. And If ppl like me write something like des or order isnt OP about that what u say... I get laughed. Or get **** Post like Aaah des 4 ever? Or destru defense Mode on? Or nice troll! . . . So many ppl talk bullshit If it comes to balance threads mostly one sided players. So Wy keep it Civil If ppl Flame **** they earn **** And mayb close inc

Agreed, some people just can't help themselves or aren't even interested in proper balancing discussions. Luckily, threads filled with "felt" imbalances like these don't matter much. Plenty of time to butt heads in the balance forums, where only facts count.

Looking back at this thread, it's funny how quickly it derailed into this. Nothing to see here, folks. Just another day on the forums :lol:

Well it derailed after First answer from jaycub cause it was. Order got so many nerf and des is OP

This game is a lot more balanced then players give it credit. Though some key rollbacks need to be made to restore balance. A major one is the morale gain rate for a full group of 6.

Mythic made some mistakes and needed to due some changing but they also got a lot correct. Large overhaul's are not really needed. There are major components that were part of this game that got taken away like the defensive morale cycle nerf of patch 1.3.3.

I don't think any of the RoR changes were really needed. Some I straight up disagree with and feel it created imbalances.

But they hold my favorite hobby hostage so... what am I gunna do?

The only change I think that was needed was the knights triple shatter enchantments removal and even that i'm unsure was needed.
