If the rewards decayed and could also be obtained some other way (dungeon or something) it would be pretty harmless.

What did people think of the "Top Guild Banners" "Statues" and "Titles"?

I always felt that Scenarios were "missions" like you would send your underlings on in games such as Assassins Creed, WoW (garrison missions) etc. Where an expanded campaign might see rewards and added incentives to successful Realm Captains and "Generals"; a Campaign that incorporates scenarios in some way, might reward your "realm champions". The ladder might determine who these champions would be, and then the ladder becomes less about which guild is the best in the game, but which guild is the best for that realm. Renown becomes a meta as well as in game.

Limit dev resources should be spent on content for all, not the limited number of leet people who need to have a special environment from which to brag.

6vs6 was always a community thing back on live. since this is a community project too and not suggested by a dev the price if anything is needed/asked for should be given from the community to the community. for example arrange a season, let every participating guild pay 60g (10g per player is really not much) and set prices for first - third place.
