My apologies. "THE WE gank spec" just sounded definitive in a way.
Well, in fact everybody knows WE provides much more damage then WH, but seems noone knows why. I can ensure you, MT is not that great damage increaser at all, it is not an answer.Druin wrote: Constructive critisism is the best critisism.
And Ive asked about burst advantage in common specs.Tklees wrote: The specs I linked were simply the specs that can achieve the highest burst.
First point no player is going to voluntarily give you his back and if he's focusing you wont get it at all. Torment has legitimately good burst for a single skill when it ignores armour unfortunately the rest of your dps (auto attacks, absolution, exit wound and dots) just falls completely short cause the most you can get is 7 seconds out of every minute thats not even the full length of BAL.Torquemadra wrote:Say whaaaaat?Toldavf wrote:Solo killing healers is not your job this is a mistake many WE/WH make and they die for it allot. No good healer is going to die to a wh solo they will detaunt, cc, kite away. When a WH/WE tries this they are usually the only thing that dies so much can go wrong when your away from any kind of support on an mdps your 1 piece of cc away from being dead.
These classes especially WH will start to under preform in T4 due to their design as a squishy high damage assassin they are just sub par in groups, they are another MAD dependent class but unlike others the WH has no way of getting any weapon skill (the witch elf can be slightly ahead on this) to aide his other skills and as all their damage is positional they are going to suffer in a melee trail environment where all their damage is positional and they are prime targets due to light armour(again WE is slightly ahead due to better tactics and procs).
Underperform in t4? Did you really write this?
M.A.D.? We have 100% armor ignore attack, a 50% armour ignore clicky, feinted positioning. Stacking WS on a WH is asinine and irrelevant.
Cant kill healers? What are you smoking? In either of the damage trees a healer is going to need to be exceptionally good, have a very aware group or a guard bot. Its either opener + PW + dead or opener + lol stacking heal debuffs + EW +dead
Again you answer a question with a question. All you have provided to the conversation so far is that you can assure us that MT is not a great damage increase. Please like I asked do enlighten us then on your opinion.Atropik wrote:Well, in fact everybody knows WE provides much more damage then WH, but seems noone knows why. AP pots , loool , if you get one that works , plz let us all knowTorquemadra wrote:Does no one else use sprint then AP pots?
Also of note blessed bullets of confession used to be a snare and a dot
Why, God, WHY? WB is not a nuke, u cannot crit 2k+ damage right after stun comes over with WB, like with EW. It is a self buff for some additional noncrit damage for the next few hits. You need to ern some frenzies somewhere then spend them(say bb to Frenzied Mayhem), then go restealth, and only then you ll get some more sustained damage, the same time WH can just stay the place and shoot EW twise. Better sustained, YES!Tklees wrote: Burst in common specs is most likely in favor of WH as the spec I linked for them is common, if not my preferred due to it being unreliable. While the common WE spec, Witchbrew, provides better sustained damage.
I have no opinion. I thought senior balance moderator, who knows almost everything about wh/we should have an opinion about wh/we balance. But all you can say "use MT and input some more points for 3d mastery tree". Okay then, seems WEs burst isnt higher at all.Tklees wrote: Please like I asked do enlighten us then on your opinion.
