M.A.D.? We have 100% armor ignore attack, a 50% armour ignore clicky, feinted positioning. Stacking WS on a WH is asinine and irrelevant.

Cant kill healers? What are you smoking? In either of the damage trees a healer is going to need to be exceptionally good, have a very aware group or a guard bot. Its either opener + PW + dead or opener + lol stacking heal debuffs + EW +dead

First point no player is going to voluntarily give you his back and if he's focusing you wont get it at all. Torment has legitimately good burst for a single skill when it ignores armour unfortunately the rest of your dps (auto attacks, absolution, exit wound and dots) just falls completely short cause the most you can get is 7 seconds out of every minute thats not even the full length of BAL.

Second point both of those puffs have a 1 minute cool down they are amazing for solo ganking but kinda meh for group play because of it. Think of it like this I do 10 seconds of amazing damage > did the target die > no > they now get 50 seconds of wailing on me best fall back. Your light armoured your slow you just burned a load of your best abilities your now a prime target (you always are a good target as wh is squishy) what does razor strike or torment hit for when I doesn't ignore armour? back on live it hit like a wet noodle.

Smoking a pipe of reality like a true gent no healer with a detaunt button and a decent defensive spec is going to be solo killed and no supported healer is going to be duo killed (had this last night 2 wh jump my groups sham 1 quake later the sham is free to leave both behind) . From what I remember of T4 on warrior priest 1 equal geared witch elf was a joke de taunt keep healing I was legit more worried about being snared by something with an ailment then most witch elves. I can only imagine that this situation rings even truer on DOk as they can actually cleanse all the debuffs you apply certainly this is my experience in game so far even my zealot isn't having much trouble.

I think most peoples view's of "WH/WE Supa Gank Burst" is skewed heavily to only remember the few moments where RNG Jesus smiled and let every damn hit Crit. No one "remembers" the countless times a WH/WE just exploded when a Choppa/slayer looked at them funny.

On Topic, I agree Declare Anathema should be available earlier. As a light armor class, even the use of Armor Tali's and a armor pot wont vastly improve your ability to survive focus. Other classes get their escape mechanics by the end of t2, and it REALLY hurts the WE/WH to not have anything outside the default Flee

Again you answer a question with a question. All you have provided to the conversation so far is that you can assure us that MT is not a great damage increase. Please like I asked do enlighten us then on your opinion.

Burst in common specs is most likely in favor of WH as the spec I linked for them is common, if not my preferred due to it being unreliable. While the common WE spec, Witchbrew, provides better sustained damage.

Witch Brew was preferred due to it being an Armor Ignoring attack that could be used instantly, outside of the GCD, to perfectly time a burst window. In a group setup, you brought a Heal debuff, steady damage, and the ability to lay on some unmitigated burst on demand.

While you waited for the perfect time to chug Witchbrew like a drunken coed, you had the full MT buff increasing your crit by a very respectable 15%. Thats Like Feeding on Fear, but without the drawback

Tklees a question, does exit wounds debuffs stack with kotbs auras? On another thread i leared that its a case by case basis as for example WAAAGH! does not stack with chosen but Warth of Hoth does with kotbs

Why, God, WHY? WB is not a nuke, u cannot crit 2k+ damage right after stun comes over with WB, like with EW. It is a self buff for some additional noncrit damage for the next few hits. You need to ern some frenzies somewhere then spend them(say bb to Frenzied Mayhem), then go restealth, and only then you ll get some more sustained damage, the same time WH can just stay the place and shoot EW twise. Better sustained, YES!

We all allmost forget about WB existance, but then comes Bretin and she showes us bloody massacre, and we get impressed. But in fact WB costs nothing to EW, or OyK, or BAL, Bretin used it cause she needs healdebuff and she got nothing to use instead, and she killed all those guys cause she has Camoran and Heaton guarding and healing. And absolutelly not because WB provides damage. Funnel Power also provides damage, lets ask BWs what deals more damage? Boiling Blood or Funnel Power?

I have no opinion. I thought senior balance moderator, who knows almost everything about wh/we should have an opinion about wh/we balance. But all you can say "use MT and input some more points for 3d mastery tree". Okay then, seems WEs burst isnt higher at all.
