The first spec you linked was already attainable at rr70 without moving the KD down (http://waronlinebuilder.org/#career=sm; ... :;;0:0:0:0:). So basically this change is good for T2 but uselss for T4 (if you plan on going Vaul/Hoeth).
The second spec i admit is pretty damn nice. You go DPS and keep the KD. But in the end you would still be just a DPS tank. Utility wise you would still lack a ST punt, or nice buffs like Auras or Oathfriend.

Knockdown+Whispering wind after the patch = RR39
This is way more viable for me, as you can choose to take other stuff. Lets say you want to go 2h and have no need for Crushing Advance.

Which happens to be the cookie cutter Toughest/Boss spec. In the end, moving the KD down to 10 points won't change anything for people playing Toughest/Boss. People will still prefer Chosen/BG.
The next step imho would be to buff WAAAGH! and make it some kind of AoE group buff/enemy debuff. Which is why i used those suggestions in the poll. I hope i made it clearer for you (at least on the BO).
I think SMs face a similar problem. However if i'm wrong then please tell me and i will admit this change is actually pretty good for T4 SMs.

In other words: This change is a big buff for Brawler/Toughest, but doesn't change anything for Brawler/Boss or Toughest/Boss.

I notice Perfect Defense dosnt show your block rate go up while in perfect or improved stance? Is it currently working just now showing on tooltip?

True, they both need additional fixing to make worthless crap in the trees worthwhile.
But nonetheless it's now more viable as it was before, as the KD+Whispering Wind combination is far earlier available (30 renown ranks difference).
I looked at this more from the viewpoint of the SM though (as he needed this change really more imo).

What if da greenest increased the resistances of all types everytime and not just the type hit?
Also for every person voting that you think the classes are fine can you state why you think so? not a single person has stated why but have voted that way
