I want some of those very badly....

So are all of these dyes actually implemented in-game and working? And if so, how are they acquired? Tried looking on the AH to see if any of the blacks and dark greys were being sold by anyone but thus far, all I've ever seen was one Greenskin Black for sale, for a whopping 300g. Just about fell outta my chair at that price. X_X

And wait ... hmm ... shooooould I be making a report about the Greenskin Black that's currently up on the AH, if the custom dyes aren't yet implemented? <_< I can take a screenie if needed, it's still up there as of the time I'm writing this. Sorry if asking about this second part is considered off-topic, just concerned and dunno where the right place to ask would be. O.O

When they are implemented, how will we come across them?
It would be better if they weren't just random drops from mobs (like skull white off a level 5 for some reason). Maybe an apothecary or boss unique for some of them?
