After some playtime only one thing did not sit right. Rampage needs toning down. Slayer just replaces WL as the go to dps in game again keeping the scales favoring Order.

WE

- Elixir of the Cauldron - Moved to 5 pt in Path of Suffering. Immunity to magical abilities changed to a 100% damage reduction from magical damage.

WH

- Shroud of Magnus - Moved to 5 points in Path of Inquisition. Immunity to magical abilities changed to a 100% damage reduction from magical damage.

From my understanding, this should give casters the ability to still CC the WH/WE. For example disarm, but it just disrupts. Tooltip is also different than what you've wrote here. Can you clarify this please? Thank you.
If it reads correctly, it also gives a slight extension to its use in that it reduces all magical damage by 100% instead of just disrupting... that should affect any melee or ranged attack that deal magic damage like Chosen/SM spirit damage, SW/SH Festering/Rotten, WE/WH Brew Kisses/Bullets, etc.

Not necessarily better, but more uses.
so far it's only 100% disrupt. Tested it.

This makes no sense at all. You either want to activate the seal to deal more damage, or you want to use the charge to close the gap or disengage. But you cannot do both, because using any ability immediately cancels the charge. These are two contradictory effects that do not complement each other in any way. The charge should either be a core mechanic or belong to a different ability where it would actually make sense.

Nevertheless, great praise to you for continuing to support the game. That is by no means something that can be taken for granted.
This is exactly how charge has worked forever. You get a speed buff, if you start attacking it drops the speed.

For clarity, the "resist all spell damage for 7 seconds" was changed to reducing all magical damage. This means you will no longer see immune when attacking with a magical ability. The ability kept the 100% disrupt.

There is also confusion around what magical damage is. There are three attack types in the game, Melee, Ranged, and Magical. Melee abilities scale with Strength, Ranged with Ballistic Skill and Magical with Intelligence. So for Shroud of Magnus and Elixir of the Cauldron, they reduce damage from abilities that scale with Intelligence.

Where the confusion comes from is that the game also has Physical damage and Spirit/Corporeal/Elemental damage, which is sometimes also referred to as "Magical damage". We started using the term "Non-Physical" for this (for example, see Runic Shield).

Nice changes. Though, elixir/sanctified seem like they might need a small damage absorb added as they are now so weak compared to the other two. Thanks for all the hard work! Merry Christmas and happy new year!

Question: does WL new Tactic: "- Threatening Distraction - Reworked to: Fey Illusion will now also increase your chance to critically hit by 15% for 10 seconds" also affect Pet chance to cit the target?

I've just salvaged a load of Conq and Red Eye gear and got blue fragments as rewards - I can't see anything in the notes about this, is it a bug? That's 7 bits of armor wasted.
