Changes in the fix just now:

- Abilities will update as your mastery points are allocated and removed
- Added falling damage
- Magus and Engineer traps will now inflict Stagger instead of Stun
- Magus and Engineer traps correctly have their owner's realm association
- Players will automatically be looted in RvR
- Players drop money
- The server enforces Need on Use, and will change abusive Need rolls into Greed
- Can no longer roll 0 on an item
- Pets move faster
- Fixed pet interface issues (or maybe not :))
- You must now be RvR flagged to duel
- Players will dismount on receiving any damage
- Rend Winds will no longer deal increased damage on successive hits if Unholy Empowerment is in effect

Still broken - Horned squig has Spiked squig's skill on the bar, summoning a squig and then summoning another one results in a greyed out pet bar with no skills at all.

The squig still lags behind a mounted player, when it gets too far it starts running the oposite direction, the pet bar disappears and you "lose" the pet.

I know it's a different issue but hence it relates to dismounting - water dismounts only visually, the speed is still as if mounted.

I should be more specific - the issue in question was the pet bar disappearing entirely. I don't know how to fix the pet skills, some nuance of the packets.

Pet bar still disappearing- though it was only after I resummoned my pet after it died, then after a couple minutes menu disappeared again.

I didn't really pay attention to the squig skills before, but I could've sworn it worked just fine in T1? The normal squig had knockdown all the time, meanwhile now it rarely has any skill for me. Was just curious as to why it seemed to work before the patch, but according to the skill trainer in game the knockdown is at lvl 21.

As for the issues in question:
When you summon any squig while having one active, the new one will have an unusable greyed out pet bar, the game still properly registers the squig with Squig Frenzy usable.

Also, there is no fall damage in IC.
