I've died 2 times at this event first the lag killed me ,second I was slowly killed by bore , the few targets were long dead before my second shot ,maybe I should practice more reload ,the foes were taunting from their WC ''Come here to get some !!!''

. Although Bartrima made a slit-throat gesture when I said this event sucked , I still remain true to my belief. All fighters that joined the regiment were awesome just seeing them in formation , CHEERS!!!
Special thanks to Ivashka the only gob that kept my depresion in acceptable limits.Cheers!!!

Yes, the formation worked and when we stood in line it was a great sight.
And if you have no time for a second shot on an opponent then the Formation is actually working on top performance.
But of course you are right on both points, massive lag and massive decline of enemies which leads to massive boringnes.
Things to cover this:
We cant tell the destros to show up to be shot dead.
BUT, next time we will make a tour of the Battlefield objectives to capture them and hopefully lure some of them to us and at a given time redeploy to the keep so that they get some more ideas to try to capture it again. I hope that they will turn the radar quick off as this really kills the thrill of PvP.

This was my 2nd event, but I'm not sure I'd take part in another after the last outing. Here's my reasons:
1) LAG! Not Lesti's fault, but that early fight around Mandred's was horrendous. I think we should avoid Mandreds till the lag is fixed.
2) We started around 8pm and did the training again, with just a little over 2 squads. We finally got back to the warcamp a good while later, were there was LOADS of dwarves wanting to join in. Then Lesti had to explain them all his rules again.

So we never got into the RvR lake till about 1 hour and 15mins from when we started. I'm not gonna sit through another hour of that.
3) Tactics: A static gun line only works for defence. Trying to attack opponents who are constantly in motion never works. By the time we stop and drop turrets, the fight is over. And we end up moving off again only to catch the end of the next fight.
I applaud what you are organising Lesti, but for the next one, I might just log my KotBS and tag along freely for when the fight is thickest.

To adress the points seperately.

That struck me also as really odd. You can think that I was not really happy to explain everything two times. But I will adress this problem. We will split up the march Training and RvR Action. I will make a new weekly Event. That will only be formation fight in RvR. We start directly at 9pm. (gmt+1) in the Warcamp every Wednesday. I will make a dwarf WB and give the quick version of the rules. In 10 minutes we should be ready to attack.
Everyone who was at the marching training knows then how it is done perfect, the others can watch the video or learn by doing.

Thats correct, but the dwarf Engineer is a static career. Hip shot, Burning Shot and Acid Greande are the actiosn that can be used on the move. And the Turret gives +25% Damage. No other Item, Skill or Tool gives you +25% Damage netto. A Formation without that will loose heavily on damage output. In the past with the 226th Scharfschützenregiment we only used no Turrets if we were to much Engies and the destros didn't wanted to get out of their warcamp.

Sad to hear that, Bartrima in the first Line was allways great to see. I hope the quick RvR Action might bring you back into the formation.

Update for next Event.
3rd Bitterstone Thunderers will be in oRvR on every Wednesday from now on at 9 pm.
---From Page 1----------
After the third event I will make slight changes to how the event runs.
The next Event will be on Wednesday 22.07 9pm. (gmt+1) and we will skip the marching and training part and will directly go into RvR action.
And from now on, on every Wednesday the 3rd Bitterstone Thunderers will be in the oRvR Action from 9pm.
There will be Wednesdays when there will be a training Session starting at 8 pm. or a roleplay session at Ekrund Nights which will also start at 8 pm. But on every Wednesday at 9pm. we will fight in the open RvR Area in Ostland and Troll country.
Date:
Fourth Event will happen on Wednesday, the 22 of July at 21:00 / 9 pm. (gmt+1)
Official end around 23:00 (10 pm.)

Any dwarven career Bring your Runesmith, Slayer or Ironbreaker.
No Guild restriction.

Dresscode:
Ironbreakers, Slayers, Runepriest can come as they are.
Engineers please set their helmet on "hidden". So the helmet counts, but is not seen. Headgear is for officers and sergeants.
No Capes. Capes please set to "hidden".
Optional Color for the Engineers:
If you want you can change your Color.
Body T1 and T2 Armour Main color = Necron Abyss , second color = graveyard earth.
Decimator Gear Main colour = Necron Abyss , second colour = Necron Abyss.
Belt, Boots, Gloves, Shoulders, Helmet, Cape is Main and Second color = graveyard earth.
I know I said to put Helmet and Cape on Hidden. That is for us, but the Destros will see you in your original Form.
Optional Colour for other dwarven characters would be Necron Abyss as the Main Colour.
Marching:
Please assign your "Toogle Walk" Button in your Keyboard settings in the Menue. With that you can switch to walking speed which will be needed to march properly.
Singing:
Some of you have recognized that Lesti sang a fine marching song on last Event. For the third Event I have prepared another one, named Dwarfs of Ekrund. To take part in the Singing it is best if you simply remember two words, Or build a macro saying:
/say Dwarfs of Ekrund!
Plan is that you sing it at the end of each paragraph.
So: Bitterstone Thunderers! ... Advance on my Position!

Tomorrow is advancing fast so, here two additional info's:
The singing of
Dwarfs of Ekrund! will be of course repeated.
But I urge you not to spam the macro saying. Max one times per minute should be good.
Also the singing was received quite well, foremost by the order players. This time we will also sing another new song I have just put into a macro form. If you like you could build another macro, with the text:
/say I see Fire!
If you want get in the mood too, here is the full text:
Copyright lies by the composer. Some human bard called Ed Sheeran.

Thunderer Drengk!
Great to have you back. If only half of the people show up who told me they would come, the Server will burn with flaming processor cores directly to China.
