The Blackorc Warlord Helmet still doesnt got HP Regeneration

Based on my observations it looks like only low lvl players not wearing any sort of gear set were not getting bolster buff. Each time a player complained about doing 0 dmg they had white / green equiped (no talis too).

On the other hand low lvl T2 players wearing decimators or two piece obliterator were getting bolstered without a problem.

I was in the best set I could get at 18, braggarts with talis. All i got was block spam. I hit like 5 times.

Braggart was the opposite of decimator, no? How this is the best set you can get at rank 18?

Apart from the curious bolstering issues when doing it on low levels, the new scenario is pretty fun. A breath of fresh air from the regular pvp.

One thing i've noticed about the gear design changes: SW and SH vanquisher seems to look the same as before. Was this intentional?

I am low lvl T2 wearing full Obliterator with lvl appropriate greens or blues for the rest of the equipment and don't do any damage. Gear has nothing to do with it.

That's good. None of the Warlord helmets have HP regen according to my notes.

Does anybody know on which set can I find the old vanquisher appearance for WP?

I don't think PVE ward is a bad thing TBH, i just can roll a toon ,and let my 5 overgeared mate do the dungeon while i guard bot and will get end game gear, no point in giving end game gear like that, but the farm is takin way too long , reduce the number of needed runs is a good option (make it 2 run/quest for gunbad, 2 for sent and 3 for BS.
Reduce the required number of run needed (up inf gain by 1*33) for the jewel and Blood lord back and you revive the pve cause ppl will now gear more toons, while ppl that just want wards don't waste time.
