You need a guild group of exactly 6 members?

You need to have a full group and everyone must be of the same guild? if you have a party of 4 ppl all of the same guild it shouldn't work

				a full guild group = a group consisting of 6 players, no less. 
There is an issue where warbands may not count in the rvr quests which should be addressed with the next patch. Also the rvr quest lacks the information that the guild needs to be contributing to the warfront. This has also been added for the next patch.

				Can anyone please clarify what part of the fort AFK-kick applies?

it's not about punishing low pop.
it's punishing zerg, easy farming in empty zone.
when 2 fort's opened attackers will search defenseless fort.
avoiding battle for easy farm.
give them choice, 
big battle for full reward.
or
empty zone for little reward.
attackers can collect both anyway, by entering defenseless fort first.
it's 2 fort thing. never seen 10~20 defenders when only 1 fort opened.

could that be change to apply only to stage 2+ since stage 1 is set up/organized wb  and afk/pause / bio/etc?
