Btw i seen one guy (shaman) in night goblins outfit with two skulls on sticks on his back - this looks SO COOL! But i think its this guy, Chorcalli or something, who using khorne appearance on his chosen and unique appearance on his ork.
The night goblin with 2 skull is a helm not a cloak

The mesh is designed like that for some reason. I guess it was meant for npcs so they didn't bother making separate pieces.
